NEW CONSUMER EXPERIENCES
The use of itinerant vehicles provides flexibility for agricultural companies to participate in local events, gastronomic fairs, and markets, reaching a broader and more diverse audience. At the same time, it will be possible to create an exhibition area within the property for a targeted form of sales; this allows consumers to have direct contact with the producers, creating a deeper and more transparent connection between those who cultivate the food and those who consume it.
The spacious exhibition areas offer an original way to communicate the concept of ‘Km 0’, highlighting the production processes to obtain organic and natural products. This enables establishing a direct relationship with customers, interacting with them, and providing useful information. With a touch of creativity, it is possible to organize engaging tastings that guide customers towards a purchasing experience, simultaneously increasing the brand’s visibility.
TRANSFORMATIONS ON THE ROAD
The modernity of the equipment and facilities installed on board allows for the comforts of a traditional kitchen, but above all, it ensures that the food remains fresh and well-preserved both during transport and preparation. Farmers can leverage these new opportunities to transform products into ready-to-eat dishes on-site, at home, or in the office. Simple wheat can become pasta, tomatoes into a delicious sauce, and cow’s milk into artisanal cheese, giving rise to a simple, genuine, and locally respectful pasta dish.
