The Gelato E-Bike has an external metal structure and a stainless-steel counter and sink with loading and unloading tank completely compliant with the law. The ice cream counter is equipped with wells with or without refrigerated reserve or glycol evaporation. The electric traction guarantees total autonomy during the movement and work phases with a negligible power cost.
