Pizza is a beloved food, so versatile that can be taken on the road through a foodtruck! As we have already discussed, there are many streetfooder who have chosen to bring pizza on the road, in Italy and abroad. 

If you would like to find out more about pizza on the road and about streetfood, we have the perfect event for you: Monday 27th May you're invited to Alfa in Festival.

A day organized by Alfa Forni, at the headquarters of the Italin historical oven brand, in Anagni.

The day will start at 10.30 and will go on with insights about streetfood at 11.00. At 12.30 time for tastings and further discussions.

At the core of the day three big themes of interest to anyone interested in streetfood:

promotion, to learn how to promote your business in the right way and place
