Le Zero Grano are Sabrina Trazzi and Maria Rosaria Mirto, who have represented Street Food in its tastiest and gluten-free version for everyone since 2017.

“We are specialized in Mantuan, gluten-free cuisine. But this is not a cuisine dedicated only to those suffering from celiac disease! In fact, we have chosen to offer craft food, organic and 0 km products: we therefore cook for all those who love healthy and tasty cuisine”.

Sabrina emphasizes that gluten-free does not mean tasteless, without flavor.

"We have been focusing on the craft food and Mantuan cuisine, which we know very well because it belongs to our roots".

Le Zero Grano chose a Fiat Ducato Food Truck “because it is a vehicle that allows you to stay always in contact with people, each time in a different place and open air. It is itinerant, exploratory and much freer than the a classic restaurant.” The model Size L makes it possible to bring a restaurant cuisine on the road and work comfortably even in the most crowded situations.

Le Zero Grano goes around Italy attending events and festivals.

  • craft bread from a craft workshop in Modena;
  • local meat, without preservatives and without additives;
