International Women’s Day: Stories of women and successful projects

streetfoodystories

As International Women’s Day approaches, we want to celebrate the extraordinary contribution of women in our daily work! From the tireless commitment of our female team to the women who drive many successful projects that fill us with pride, we truly have many reasons to celebrate! To do so, we have chosen to share their stories, filled with creativity and courage, hoping they can inspire you just as they have inspired us:

Gianna Tutta Panna
Gianna has chosen to rediscover herself, embracing a bold change in her professional and personal life. From her courage emerges Gianna Tutta Panna, a blend of a project, a dream, and a bet. It is a mobile cart that distributes smiles and ice creams, leading people to rediscover simplicity and traditions. But there’s more: Gianna involves other women in her project through franchising, offering them the opportunity to fulfill their dreams. A true anthem to the beauty of change, demonstrating that it is never too late to embark on a new path toward happiness.

Le Olivastre
In 2014, Paola, Emanuela, and Antonella decided to revive a forgotten olive grove on the hills of Lake Trasimeno, giving birth to Le Olivastre. Now, in addition to revitalizing neglected land, the women protect the agricultural landscape by promoting all the agro-food qualities of the area. Since 2020, the project has transformed into a home-based and itinerant microenterprise: Le Olivastre Kitchen with Olive Oil. With a feminine touch in the kitchen, a love for the countryside, and olive oil, they are sharing their culinary skills and passion for nature aboard a Food Truck.

EDA Servizi
Francesca and her team are the driving force behind an initiative called “Tam-tam, la cultura che ti muove” (Tam-tam, the culture that moves you), bringing culture directly to the streets through their Food Truck transformed into a real library. The main goal is to make culture accessible to everyone, breaking free from institutional boundaries. This creative and open medium welcomes families and young people, offering free cultural proposals and itinerant activities. This is a brilliant example of inclusion and how culture can become a bridge that unites communities.

Project financed within the framework of POR FESR Toscana 2014/2020 aimed to:
1. sales and promotion of Made in ltaly food trucks abroad
2. improve the digital, organizational and promotional efficiency of the company
3. digitize production processes by streamlining them, sharing them, modifying the perception of the brand on the network and on social networks, also implementing the tools in terms of big data analysis
