Callebaut is a Belgian company, with more than 100 years of experience in cocoa and high quality chocolate processing. Since 1996 it merges with Cacao Barry. But Callebaut is still a 100% Belgian brand and all Finest Belgian Chocolate, from bean to chocolate, is processed in Belgium.
The company will be a guest during the Open Day of September 30th to unveil the link between quality chocolate and street food.
"The ice cream parlors, activities that increasingly choose to expand on the road, are among the main consumers of quality chocolate to make their homemade ice cream", tells Mattia Rota, from Callebaut.
"The link between StreetFoody and Callebaut was created at Sigep and we are looking forward to consolidating it with the event on September 30th”, continues Rota.
The Open Day will be the occasion for Callebaut to "learn more about the world of street food" and for street fooders to discover the many uses of quality chocolate. And to be inspired by chocolate for new ideas and innovative products to take on the road.
