Yesterday the 5 intense days of Host Milan - the leading fair dedicated to the restaurant and hospitality sector with a focus on the areas of equipment, coffee and food - came to an end.

Among the 2,249 exhibitors of the 2019 edition, we represented the Bakery / Pizza / Pasta sector in its Street Food version.

We were guests of our trusted partner Alfa Forni, who organized several demonstration moments with the aim of making potential customers explore and appreciate their technology. 

The different types of ovens and relative cooking timing were shown, as well as the variety of pizza doughs - we of course ended every session with a taste of the delicious final products!

The legendary Ape Pizza, with customized Alfa Forni layout, attracted the attention of over 200 contacts from all over Europe, interested in exploring new business ideas in the Pizza industry.

More and more activities such as restaurants, pizzerias, hotels and interior designers, but also equipment retailers which supply hotels, restaurants and airports, want to explore original ideas in which to invest to find a new way to enhance their business.
